Our Background Check Standard

We check backgrounds in every country where an agent has lived, not just where they currently work. This is not standard practice in BPO industry. We do it because the people accessing your customers’ data must meet an absolute standard

No agent with any criminal history — in any country — is permitted to join the Kiskeya team. This standard applies without exception and is re-verified if any agent’s circumstances change
